In most agility training area, you will be lapping through a course

Agility: Agility is a skill that you can level up to have the ability to go to more eligible places. You can begin training your Final Fantasy XIV Gil agility at the Agility Training Area in Tree Gnome's Stronghold.

Agility training can be boring, as you will be going through a number of continuous procedures, but it’s just like any other skill. In most agility training area, you will be lapping through a course. Each course will contain a number of obstacles.

Completing an obstacle will gain you a small amount of exp but if you complete the whole course, you will get a bonus experience.

In some cases, you might fail to complete an obstacle. If you do, you'll receive some hp damage and will have to attempt the obstacle again.

Gnome's Course Location: In Tree Gnome Stronghold

Barbarian Course Location: On the north peninsula in the Kingdom of Kandarin; northeast of Tree Gnome Stronghold; must have completed Scorpion Catcher quest.

Wilderness Course Location: In lvl-52 wilderness far north of Falador.
